Fingerprint Farms' Meat Market is your ultimate destination for
premium quality, nutrient dense and pasture raised proteins
Do you live in Fort Worth and find yourself searching online for...
Having real good food to feed yourself and your family shouldn't be difficult.
My name is Kendall Maxwell and I'm here to put an end to your constant search for locally sourced, high quality food near and available to you.
My family owns and operates a Regenerative Farm in Cleburne, Texas called Fingerprint Farms.
At Fingerprint Farms we Regeneratively Raise Beef, Lamb, Chicken and Turkey, providing you with a clean and nutrient dense source of protein that is good for the overall health of your body.
We want you to know your farmer and your food!
Getting connected to the source makes all the difference because everything we do on our farm is for people like you and me.
As we are seeing the regeneration of our farmland and the benefits of supporting our animals' natural designs, we are producing high quality, pasture raised proteins that are good for your body.
We put time and effort into regenerative farming methods that may seem a little more challenging than traditional methods at first, but in the end render strong and healthy plants and animals.
We love sharing what we do with people like you because we believe you deserve to know where your food is coming from, how it is raised and for what reason. You should feel confident that the food you are eating is the best it can possibly be.
All of the meat we sell is raised on our farm in Cleburne, Texas. We do not outsource products from other areas.
All of our meat is hormone free.
Traditionally, hormones have been used to enhance an animal's muscle mass, producing more meat per animal, but is bad for our consumption.
What we've learned is that bigger isn't better. Through intentional breeding and active culling of undesirable traits, our goal is to raise an animal that is shorter in stature, with less bone mass, and thrives abundantly on the nutrients and protein from our pastures.
Being choosy about which animals we raise to maturity matters. Holding our herd and flocks to strict standards gives us a more constant yield on cut sizes and a higher quantity of meat per animal.
Not to mention, we have higher birth rates and healthier deliveries when we focus on good genetics and the support of a healthy environment.
All of our meat is antibiotic free.
Antibiotics are used as preventative measures, normally due to unclean living environments or low quality food fed to the animals.
We rotationally graze our animals in order to keep them living on clean pastureland, ensuring that their source of food is as good as it possibly can be.
Oftentimes, we overlook the quality of something for the sake of convenience. However, we are watching our populations health decline rapidly due to the over abundance of processed and chemically altered foods in our diet.
We want better for you and your family, which is why we strive to make it easier to know about your food.
We supplement with Non-GMO grains to ensure all the animals in our care have well-rounded diets.
The amount of grain supplication varies between the different livestock.
Our chickens' and turkeys' diets primarily consist of fresh grass and bugs, however they require daily supplication of grains, grit and clam shell in order to grow healthy and produce eggs.
Our red angus cattle are rotationally grazed year round. We choice-feed minerals. This supports the cows' digestion as we work towards regaining natural mineral production in our ecosystem. We grain finished our steers for two weeks prior to processing.
Our sheep are 100% grass-fed.
For the last four years, we have been actively practicing regenerative agriculture on our farm.
As we continue to recover our farmland, we will see an increase in the nutrients and proteins in our soil and grass. More nutrients and protein means we will be able to raise fully grass finished animals in the future.
