We bought 5 pounds of ground lamb for burgers. These were some of the best burgers ever. Meat quality was amazing! Fat content was just perfect for juicy burgers. Just make sure you get a good recipe and don’t overcook the lamb. I have processed my own sheep in the past and this meat looked just like what I packaged. Highly recommend.
